Cohort Progress Tracking
These are where the scores students achieved on their assessments throughout there whole time at school are recorded for each year group. This gives a big picture of how students have been achieving in various units and in different years. There are two versions of this spreadsheet: Version 1 determines whether the scores a student is achieving means they are on track, not on track or exceeding in relation to their target grade and Version 2 outputs a grade and subgrade based on the scores a student is achieving!!! This can be used for progress check data or for deciding on who receives intervention.
I have filmed two separate videos below for each version showing how to use these and how they can be adapted.
Version 1: Not on track, On track and Exceeding
Version 2: Grades and Subgrades (the sound improves after 1 minute 20 seconds!)
